Previously, Brian has held C-level leadership positions at some of the largest mortgage companies in the industry, including: Chief Operating Officer of New Penn Financial (now known as New Rez) Chief Executive Officer of Caliber Home Loans Chief Operating Officer of Freedom Mortgage Brian has been a long-time member of both the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac advisory boards, holds the prestigious Certified Mortgage Banker designation, and has been voted one of the top one hundred mortgage banking executives in the industry.

Wells is responsible for supporting and managing the TPO channel, with a focus on recruiting top performing sales teams, creating a collaborative environment to enhance the division’s process, products, and promoting the Bank’s brand on the national TPO landscape. Mr. Constantine brings over 30 years of mortgage banking experience to his role as Vice President and TPO National Sales Manager. Prior to joining the Bank, Wells served and held various management positions with GreenPoint Mortgage, GMAC/Ally Bank, New Penn Financial, Ditech LLC. During his tenure he has led his teams to consistently achieve top-performance levels in annual production. Wells is a passionate leader who thrives on building and transforming lending platforms. Steve Hamerski
Steve is responsible for supporting the account executive team. He works within the central region of the United States building production and promoting the brand to broker, non-delegated and delegated partnerships. Before joining First Savings Bank, Mr. Hamerski spent over 15 years at Freedom Mortgage Corporation serving in Regional Vice President and Wholesale Account Executive roles. Prior to that, Steve worked at other major national lenders such as Washington Mutual and North American Mortgage Company. Steve entered the TPO/Wholesale space in 1992 and has been in it ever since. He served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Mortgage Association for 8 years and has been an advocate for both financial institutions and independent mortgage brokers/bankers who use wholesale outlets.
